That will update your game to the newest version and restore the legit exe. Make sure it picks up the right folder ( D:\Games\The Sims 4 and not D:\Games\The Sims 4\The Sims 4). Then open Origin, right click on the game, "Download", and select that folder you just created. Now go to Apps and Features and uninstall the cracked game. The only two files left in the cracked game should be the unins000 files. Move all folders from your cracked game there.
